Disable Magnifier from Windows 11

This process strips Windows of the ability to find or launch the executable file (Magnify.exe) when you trigger the shortcut.

1. Click Start, type cmd, right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.
2. Copy and paste the following command to take ownership of the file away from the system TrustedInstaller and grant it to the Administrators group, then press Enter
```
takeown /f C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe
```
3. Assign full permissions to the administrator account by executing this command and pressing Enter (type Y if prompted):
```
icacls C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe /grant administrators:F
```
4. Now, safely disable the file by changing its extension so Windows can no longer recognize or trigger it:
```
ren C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe Magnify.exe.bak
```
