Windows 11 - Disable Snap Window but only for mouse dragging

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ControlPanel/Desktop

Set DockMoving = 0

This disables window snapping while dragging a window with the mouse but leaves snapping with win+arrow key on!

You need to logout and log back in for it to take effect
